I have a one in a kind type of understanding when it comes to "pass rush/D line tactics". All I want to do is be around football and do football related stuff all the time.

Much respect 🫡 ✊🏾. Once again here to share knowledge.... the biggest thing I noticed from watching 10000's of video of the side scissors is the most important hand to get is the inside one. Some clips from the 3 Tech, PA pass, and and odd looking rush. Look what getting the
This is exactly what I mean when I say a pass rusher is built from bottom up. The feet work for most moves is exactly the same! Can you guys tell me what move my man's is working?

I was in a very similar situations 3rd/4th stringer . 3-4 reps in practice during camp. Barely any playing time during the preseason.
Beside the last preseason game most 3/4's on the depth chart don't play until the 3rd or 4th quarter.
Every reason to be "last", But still

You hear the stories of the 1st round pick who landed a multi-million dollar signing bonus.
What you don't hear is the story of an undrafted free agent who did everything he could just to keep his dreams of playing in the
Great drill!! WR like DL when pass rushing spend most of there time on one leg. Drills like this helps the glute fire/activity, which improves overall balance and explosiveness 👍🏾
Huge S/o to Coach Lo (

Lol one of the craziest thing I found as a player. If you can lock for half a second when doing an inside move and remember to flip your hips, same as you do when you go outside. You'll start to win a whole lot cleaner lol
But keep thinking spin is the best way inside 🤷🏾♂️
Bad alignment across the board. If the END moves out and get a wider than can jus take a vertical step and play both the same way. Instead of panicking when it's a reach block
The New York Giants sprinkle Outside Zone Blocking into their 1 on 1 Pass Rush Period to make the Drill like the Game
🔒 OL is Pass Setting or Working to Reach
🐂 DL is Rushing or Maintaining Gap Responsibility
@BrandonThornNFL
Good switch up by 53. After setting a few "hard edges" a change up is good to soften up the offensive lineman. The 3 tech 55 is not only out of his gap, but got single blocked to LB depth smh. Now the LB can't get over top to exchange gaps.... Touchdown bad guys

Any move you use to get the offensive lineman to hesitate or stop their feet works in your benefit. Because you get ever so slightly in front of the offensive player and being a superior athlete, that's all you need.

Hope more people can learn how to do it .
@CoachCliman
Great questions! This drill is the very 'first' drill i do with players.
It teach the body how to come to balance so all the questions you mentioned above works better.
Crawl⏭️Walk⏭️Run
When it comes to defense line play and pass rushing, having lighting ⚡️ type feet is actually very important. Surprisingly these exact foot movements pop up quite often in a games.
DL vs OL is the biggest mismatch in all of football. LB vs RB and WR vs CB combine number are always around same statistically. When you look at DL vs OL the numbers have never been close!
Only question is now...... Is How Do You Take Advantage Of That?
Biggest tip I ever learned in my career on how to "BULL RUSH" in practice ! 💰💰💰
"NO BULL" but this is how you become an unstoppable PASS RUSHER in the NFL, COLLEGE, AND High School.
RESULTS ARE GUARANTEED!!!

I think he's the closest player to the Anti- Offensive lineman formula in the NFL. If he adds one or two more little "tricks" every will being to copy him. But his approach is the best in the league

Don't let

Ghost yall out the bag guy. I will delete MY account if yall show an NFL sack with this ghost without the tackle shoulder turned?!?! All the other stuff don't matter
@CoachHerb1
Notice how every player looks different doing the exact same drill 🤦🏾♂️.... there should be some type of symmetry.
The only player that is getting better is lime green shorts. He is the only one working the proper movements.
You can find more value in losses, than you do in wins....

Do differently on the 1 rep to make him 2nd guess shooting his hands???
You can "invest/train" with someone who has never been able to do what they preach.
Or....
You can "invest/train" with someone who has LIVED IT, BREATHED IT, FELT IT, SEEN IT, but most importantly DONE IT!!!
Choose wisely...
@BrandonThornNFL
I'll give you a pancake on the first one (torques shouldn't really count).
The second one the guy almost 2 gaps on him, he clearly hold the player causing him to do a 360.
3rd is the end laying out for the sack. Looks like he gave up a QB Pressure to me
Too all my $sck¢hasers 💰🏃♂️💨 out there. I'm about to drop some straight knowledge🧠. Real money making knowledge coming up at 9:45 ET!!!
You don't not want to miss out!! The scary part is these videos are only the tip of the ice berg 😱😱.
Why is "Speed to Power" such a popular concept to teach players??
Why do most people think that is the most effective Rush plan.
As soon as you bull rush an offensive lineman, his coach usually shouts "anchor" or "sit-down"
@keeanu_benton

that moves would work in the NFL! Great feet, hips and he's always moving towards the QB while working edges.

I was debating whether to post this video or not... but this is how I am all the time. Imagine have a guy like this as part of your staff who goes who that paces the house think how he can help the team out. ( This video is before I posted any of the others) Raw, unfiltered,
