I never thought I’d see someone use “well you didn’t speak out against the lack of diversity when you were 11” as a comeback argument, but this app is full of surprises.
@HailEternal
It took me a week to continue watching the show after that episode and the opening scene of the next one was his dead body. They were SICK for that
@Dixonverse
Hey, Chuck.
That’s not the dialogue. Someone’s photoshopped it for the usual outrage nonsense.
But I want to say thank you so much for all you and Scott McDaniel did for Nightwing.
It really bugs me that Superman is an adopted immigrant who’s all about inspiring people. But all the prominent members of the Superfamily are blood relatives. These guys deserve to be bigger parts of the Superfam
In Legends of Tomorrow S03E17 (titled "Guest Starring John Noble"), the Legends notice Mallus (voiced by John Noble) sounds exactly like John Noble. They time travel to the set of LotR and give him a fake script so they can record it and manipulate Mallus' followers.
@Isimmons_art
They’re all on a five film arc essentially ending with the heroes we know today. Zack was just pushing the characters to their depths. But the hate gang will hate I guess. Big old yawn. Move on to stuff you like ffs.
1) Zack being on Joe Rogan sucks
2) Zack has a point about fans and corporations being overprotective of these characters
3) The rest of this argument is faulty since we rarely got anything interesting out of his “breaking” of characters. Which often comes across as unintentional

@TigheSammy
@Zhane_Star
Okay that’s a boldfaced lie! They weren’t popular until Giant Sized when they ditched most of the original cast for new characters
X-Stans: X-Men is the most progressive, radical, anti-fascist, anti-imperialist thing under the sun, Claremont one of the goats
Claremont: Israel was the inspiration for my X-Men
If WB and Disney were smart, they would use the fact that Superman and The Fantastic Four are releasing in the same month to create a mutually beneficial Barbenheimer type event, promoting the fact that they're the first true superhero and the first family of Marvel respectively.
No disrespect to the OP. But can we please stop trying to find the “perfect way” to adapt comics. Comics are a medium full of different genres and types of storytelling. It’s not a one size fits all situation
Yeah sorry for anything that isn't as good as these, but this is the standard I'm setting adaptations to from here on out.
Like this is literally the perfect way to adapt comics.
Tom Taylor is so funny
When Nightwing gets the slightest bit overwhelmed in his solo, he calls in the Titans & the Batfamily
When the Titans get overwhelmed they summon the entire goddamn dc universe 😭
