Defending 3 square miles of Koreatown is different than defending pockets of different neighborhoods throughout LA County. Locals are going to have to defend their "hood". - set up a rotation to control access into the neighborhood. Work in shifts. - use cellphone tech or short distance 2 way radios to communicate with adjoining neighborhoods and coordinate intel - watch vehicles with occupants that keep showing up and looking at homes/businesses up and down the street, these may be scouts for a larger group
