@OliLondonTV At 17, I knew it was wrong to rape anyone, including a 13 year old girl. Here is where it worsens. A 24 year old man can now rape without fear of jail time. While "brain maturity" may play a role, it's not like a switch is turned to the "on" position on one's 25th birthday.

Confirming the order limits food theft, because the last confirmed person with the order then is the driver.
