We are currently reviewing our KPI's and deciding if we need to make a pivot based on the pro-forma projections.
The only thing everyone seems to agree on is that we are too focused on revenue and profit versus cooler swag.

If you bring data and science up to a doctor, be prepared to be dressed down about the “practice” of medical “arts”. Data, schema and AI can help but will be met with heavy resistance. We can do better.

A thing that is causing huge pain at many tech companies in the US - with little talk about it:
An IRS tax code change in Section 174. This change eliminates the ability for businesses to deduct R&D as an expense.
Hear of lots of layoffs directly because of this, as a start.

We did. Eventually. Ironically, it was hearing Dr. Oz at a meeting that inspired me to take a more active role in my family's health. I have been very fortunate to smoke, cuss and drink whiskey and be ok, but those dearest to me lived through misdiagnose, side effects, etc...

I struggle with loose structures. Generally, it's really hard to build things without clearly defined goals and incentives.
Some people just build stuff which is also interesting.
I've done projects where things sort of coalesce on their own, but it is unusual.
