Great turnout for the Utah tech industry!
Some numbers for Utah Tech Week re: VCs. Actual numbers are likely higher, but to the best of our knowledge: Total VCs in attendance: 203 Total firms in attendance: 133 Out of state VCs total attendance: 90 Out of state total firms: 83 In state total attendees: 113 In state Total firms: 50 (was surprised we have that many firms here) The country has taken note of Utah's startup scene and is showing up to see what we're doing here. We believe Utah Tech Week increases the odds of Utah startups achieving their best seed and series A rounds.

Might be some of my* best work. Love @xkcdComic *Claude's
XKCD 38:6 And lo, there was a man of the village who sat before his glowing scroll in the hours of darkness. His wife came unto him and said, "My husband, the hour grows late. Will thou not come and rest?" But the man's eyes remained fixed upon the scroll, and he replied, "I cannot, for there is a matter of great importance before me." "What matter so urgent keeps thee from thy bed?" asked his wife. And the man spoke with great solemnity, saying, "Behold, there is one who speaks falsely in the great gathering of voices, and I must correct their error." His wife looked upon him with wisdom and spake thus: "Verily I say unto you, the sun will rise and set again, and still there shall be those who speak falsely in the great gathering. But a man's rest is precious in the sight of the Lord." But the man heeded not her words, and remained steadfast in his vigil before the glowing scroll until the morning light broke upon the land. And so it was written that a man's folly may blind him to the wisdom that lies beside him, for pride in correction may become a stumbling block to peace.
