BBC yesterday wrote stories that there has been no security since the liberation of Goma by M23. Well, now that my brother is in Goma, how is the life there? I am told M23 has allowed the border to open until 18h instead of 15h that was imposed by Tshisekedi.

I am confused! President Tshisekedi refused to attend the EAC-SADC meeting and sent his Prime Minister to represent him. When he woke up, he asked to also join the meeting virtually. Kinshasa is a joke man, let’s accept this fact. How do we explain that?🤣

UPDATE: Gen @mkainerugaba sounds an alarm of a possible Genocide against Ugandophones by a militia called CODECO and a terrorist organization ADF. Recently President Museveni reminded Ugandans that he could speak to people in Bunia/DRC in Ruganda and they would understand him.
