Agree clips actually hold stent fairly well for single staged EDGE. I have used stentfix clips exclusively which are much faster and economical then suturing IMO but have used mantis for last couple cases and agree it works fairly well

@JJFordeMD Great work! Started off with suturing to fix the stent for single session edge but now exclusively have switched to fixing the stent with stentfix ovesco clips… can use one or 2 but works great, faster and much cheaper!

@DouglasAdlerMD @asge @gie Agree.. use is quite frequently for solid mass but rarely changes management. I find contrast enhanced EUS much helpful then elastography as of now for higher yield on biopsy for more heterogeneous mass

@JHaydek @AmJGastro Great study! Cap really works well in cases where gentle push doesn’t work. I particularly like it for cases with more proximal impaction. Definitely agree with tapping the side hole when you use it for this purpose.
