Becoming elderly and disabled is a joke in America, you might as well die before you get old. I have a hard time getting help for my parents, esp my mom. You work hard for this country only for them to throw you away and force you to give up everything you worked for.
There are senior citizens that have worked hard to own their homes or land, just for them to have to sell at an old age because their social security isn’t enough to sustain them because their property taxes are too high. This isn’t right AT ALL. It’s criminal.
