I believe you'll find the only people against it are those that are losing out on rent from office buildings. Most businesses that are able to function with it are adopting WFH or hybrid working policies. Those that aren't? They're losing staff to those that are.

They always paid their rent, their landlord couldn't raise it again, so he shafted them to rent at a higher rate. Just before Christmas.
