Great sound bite, but I think he’s not being honest with the “hesitate” comment.
Slow play has been a hot topic, last year we had Gary Young, SVP of Rules and Competitions of the PGA Tour on the podcast and asked him about the idea of penalizing slow play. He explained how there is an “inequity” to them based on where a player is on the leaderboard.
