My chapter fell apart because there was a culture of bullying that drove away people while cutting us off from other orgs and the student base as a whole. While I myself dealt with this directly, this culture primarily targeted and hurt women and people of color in our chapter
Have more thoughts about why, my role in it, and what other chapters can do to prevent our problems but a) I'm in class and b) rn I'm too sad angry and exhausted to spell it out

1) make sure your online chapter spaces are actually for chapter organizing and not just a social channel
These online social spaces super easily devolve into just bullying which makes it harder to work w one another and drives out dedicated organizers
