@StationEdge @northernassist @alexhornbyrail @C2MCRP @CommunityRail As you know we had committed to provide a grant for this restoration work so we are disappointed too, and the other two stations where funding has been cancelled - Silverdale and Broadbottom. Our offer of a grant remains if match funding can be found elsewhere.

@Railwayheritage was at the meeting. There was a clear desire by local stakeholders to save the building and make it useable. We in the railway industry need to work with them to help in whatever way we can. Thks @Jenny4SuffCoast for taking time to attend & listen to the issues.
