@bandq_help been waiting since 5th January for a manager to call me back about your shocking customer service. Despite sending more emails, still nothing ! Expected more from a major brand !

@RoyalMail cancer research recommends avoiding being out between 11 & 3 why does Royal Mail think its OK to send delivery staff out in this ? Also why isn't sunscreen provided as part of ppe ?

@theJeremyVine when you work outside for 5 hours a glass of water isn't going to do anything, I'm a postie and Royal Mail don't even provide sunscreen
