So I did it today. I started it at least- I went to the Student Mental Health Clinic and did the in processing to meet with a therapist and everything. Hopefully will know who and times in the next week. Here is to fixing some generational trauma and finding a balance in life.
I really need to start taking steps to take care of my mental health. I make jokes and all, but life is hard and grad school isn’t exactly the most fun- mix in the Army and it can be a struggle. No idea where to start but I’m going to start.
