@PuDuan143907 We have taken NOE-based distances and Residual dipolar couplings (RDCs) for structure refinement. I would say NOEs and RDCs are readouts.

@PuDuan143907 X-ray crystallography structures show a pattern of P1 being most planar and followed by P2, P3. However solution NMR structures deviates from this trend, potentially caused by poor estimation of distances and low proton associated nucleic acids.

@NesreenElathram @global_nmr @bwajtweeting MYC based promoter sequences have ability form G-quadruplexes and form parallel topology. In literature , these are well studied G-quadruplexes.

@NesreenElathram @global_nmr @bwajtweeting Thanks Nesreen, 2D 15N-1H data shown here is for QAD and QAAD samples. G9 is in a plane-3 (P3) tetrad, that is close to appended duplex in these samples, as small changes in stacking caused by duplex potentially results in such change.
