@sanderson9135 @kelsey_marr Hi sarah, beautiful data! Just curious why you chose 323K for experiments? Both NOE and chemical exchange should be sensitive to temperature, I would assume by change temperature you might be able to extract more thermodynamic and kinetic information.

@kelsey_marr Hi Kelsey, very intriguing work! I noticed you used pH 8.5 for your experiment. Is it Tris? Why stay at this pH given it's quite different from physiological? And if you have tried other pH, did you notice significant differences in relaxation and DOSY?

@Maria_Shebin Crytal clear talk! I'm not familiar with the lithium business, so I'm sorry if my question is silly. I'm curious how stable is LiC6 when exposed to air. Will oxidation be a concern during the NMR experiment?
