@YujiroHanmaXxX @shitbiscuit It's not even true. Brain development technically ends at 30 but neuroplasticity allows the brain to continue to evolve and grow well into your 60s. Some never suffer cognitive decline.

The Emperors of Rome where able to do a revolution solely because the rich oligarchy kept demanding loyalty of the Plebs who they kept screwing over. Afterwards the Emperors ruled for almost 1,500 years by giving the population bread and Circuits and not demanding loyalty 24/7.
