Activated charcoal + coconut oil has a tremendous thermogenic effect, especially in those suffering from increased endotoxin (most people). For me it’s about as thermogenic as progesterone and calcium.

Peating is essential for lifters, and aspirin is the ultimate recovery tool. After taking 1g of aspirin on my rest day I felt like I just took a whole deload week and hit PR after PR. Though I do recommend delaying aspirin at least 12 hours after lifting.

If you’re having persistent issues it’s worth to try “overdoing” things like liver and oysters for a week to see if you condition improves. I had long lasting skin issues and a week of 100g of liver every day fixed it.

Creatine never induced any changes in performance or looks for me but when combined with baking soda it seems to have a synergistic effect. I take it in a 3:1 ratio of creatine to baking soda respectively.

Androsterone is much more than an androgen. It’s actually a thyroid mimetic. You need to be getting cholesterol while on androsterone, and not only cholesterol but also enough other essential nutrients. More than you were eating before androsterone

I’ve been taking 5mg of vit K2-MK4 for a couple of weeks now and I’ve seen wonderful changes in jaw shape, body composition and overall mood. When taking mk4 I suggest at least 1L/quart of milk daily. Also for some magnesium (bis😂)glycinate.

Egg only shampoo is my experience much less effective than egg + baking soda. Egg + baking soda cured my dandruff and after adding: salicylic acid, taurine, b3, caffeine and recently methylene blue ( @trybloo sells this mixture) I regrew the thinning areas.

The most effective way I’ve found to do a (pseudo) peaty cut is a milk fast. Milk provides an almost unique satiety and has almost(*) every nutrient you need along with the necessary macros. I drink to satiety, around 2-3 quarts a day (2%) *(some OJ here and there might help)

If you have bad skin and/or hair loss you should try increasing your copper intake. Feeling warm after eating liver (great source of copper) could be another sign you’re deficient. Daily 100g (4oz) of liver for a week should help, after that it’s best to eat liver once weekly.

You can make deodorant very easily yourself, and if you’re especially lazy you can just directly apply bakingsoda to slightly wet armpits and be protected from odor for at least 8 hours. The armpits are actually very vascular and absorb toxins very well, be wary.

How to prevent side effects: - Cholesterol. I’ve found that 1 yolk per 1-2mg of andro works great. - Vitamin A. You already get some from the eggs but adding 1k IUs made me feel much warmer and increased libido. - Honey. - Progesterone, if feeling really cold.

The backdoor pathway is the main mechanism of masculinisation in male fetuses, and thus is androsterone the main androgen. It’s noteworthy that progesterone is the main hormone being converted into DHT which may hint to the side effects people experience (I will touch on this).

Another noteworthy fact about androsterone is its similarity to exemestane (below), an aromatase inhibitor. Hence explaining why androsterone is so potent at lowering estrogen besides its conversion into DHT. Hans Amato stated that 1-2mg of Andro could lower estrogen by 90%!

In men treated with DRT (DHT replacement therapy, those who had higher androsterone experienced much greater libido than those with lower androsterone. Suggesting that androsterone plays a MAJOR role in libido.

Progesterone is actually very protective and useful when experiencing GI distress. I had terrible small intestine pain and 10mg topically on my stomach, before bed, improved my condition dramatically.

I exclusively source my vitamin 3 extract from peanut butter high in poly-nicanoid content so that I can compensate for the JEJ transport proteins along with magnesium-bisglycinate (not glycinate) for maximum absorption. I notice vit 3 significantly increased sweat salt content.

I should note that if you’re otherwise healthy you won’t feel a miraculous effect. However I’ve noticed that andro makes me socially much more “dominant”, and women tend to get much closer and engage in more flirtatious behaviour.

How to dose correctly: Start with 1-2 drops to see if you feel anything, titrate up by 1 drop every second day if you don’t feel anything, most should be feeling it around 4mg. If not refer to the list above. I would personally cycle it by taking 5-7d off every 3 weeks.
