@jpelbers yep. Download it with dorado, then use the --dorado_model_path argument to point to it. (have yet to test this specifically with v5.0.0, but ONT tells me it should work lol. Let me know if you try it. It's on my list.

@vellamike @OscarGenomics @nanopore @iiSeymour If I recall, 4.3.0 is for 5khz data, while 4.2.0 is for the older 4khz data. So you defs wanna be using the right one that matches what you basecalled with (and that your basecalling model was correct as well)
