After an 11 month battle with brain cancer, my incredible father passed away peacefully this morning.
Thank you to everyone who checked in on me over these difficult months. I’m heartbroken and don’t exactly know how to move forward, but I’m grateful that he’s now at peace. 💔

Far too many Ss and their families will be impacted in ways those of us with privilege can not understand.

My wife and I have less than 24 hrs to decide if our kids (3rd grade and 1st grade) participate in a hybrid model to start the year OR commit to full year of remote learning.
Then I’ll have decide if I want to go back into classroom or leave.
Perhaps I’ll get sleep tomorrow.
