That first sentence vindicates the judgement of our Prime Minister. Recognition isnât a victory for Hamas. Itâs a defeat for those who do not see the lives of Israelis and Palestinians as being of equal worth.
There will never be a Palestinian state. Starmer, the British Mandate ended 77 years ago. You should focus on the Islamist surge in the UK, not on Israel.

Aid must be permitted to reach people in Gaza. There is no justification for keeping food and water away from civilian families.

Consistent with its historic commitment to a just and lasting peace in the Middle East, I have decided that France will recognize the State of Palestine. I will make this solemn announcement before the United Nations General Assembly this coming September.

Aid agencies warned for months that Israelâs harsh limits on food aid would bring acute malnutrition and widespread suffering to Gazaâs 2.1 million people.
Gaza faces a severe humanitarian crisis as Israeli restrictions on aid lead to widespread malnutrition and starvation, with hospitals overwhelmed by malnourished children.
