Performance review went awesome. Got the max raise I was eligible for, my supervisor told me I’m doing amazing, and was told eventually I will be moved to an unlimited PTO system.

Started therapy again today and even told the girl. I am not ashamed to admit sometimes I need help. If I'm going to actually date this girl I want to make sure my head and heart are in the same spot and I don't let little shit bubble up anymore. It was a great feeling.

I have officially reached my goal of 100 days sober. I have learned so much about myself in the last several months. This has been such a great choice. While I will probably have a drink to celebrate, I know I will never go back to believing I need to a drink to survive anything.
