Ok, the secret's out and I can confirm I did break four ribs in a bizarre accident on the river last week. Doctors, and Adelaide hospital have been amazing and thanks to them, my work on the Tour Down Under continues. Thank you all for your concern and kindness.

This is an absolute disgrace. I was walking along the very road that Nic Dlamini was assaulted on only two weeks' ago before returning to the UK. Whatever the reasons, the force used by
@SANParks
was excessive and the rangers must be dismissed, and prosecuted for assault.
We are aware of a video in which one of our riders, Nic Dlamini, was involved in an incident in Cape Town earlier today.
He's currently undergoing medical assessment after which we'll be able to provide a full update on what transpired.

I was shocked today at Johnnesburg airport over the passing of the great man. I'm lost for words and will miss our wonderful meetings at functions. We all looked silly standing alongside the seven foot giant, his humour second to none as was his determination and ability to ride
Bill Walton was a BIG fan of cycling, riding his bike along the Tour of California nearly every mile of the route each year.
Often saying, bike riding was the one thing he could really enjoy doing, with his many ankle, knee and back injuries, and surgeries. Ride on, Bill

One of the nicest things I did in 2018 was to present a Quebeka bicycle, assembled at Nederburg winery, to a delighted young girl who I sat on the bike and pushed her off, only to find she had never ridden a bike in her life. She has now!
The hand at the back of our jersey is a reminder to us that every
