Today I reached peak Designated supervisor when I helped foundation pharmacist with a "broken" keyboard by unplugging it and plugging it into a different USB port. Next week we will be doing "printer maintenance" and then I think he will be ready for a long career as a pharmacist

As per usual with the new HRT prepayment nobody has thought through the logistics. A separate prescription will need to be generated in the GP systems which will mean more work for GPs and Pharmacies getting these scripts reissued 😭
