Absolutely incredible. To win league last year was no mean feat. Must be one of, if not THE hardest comps to win given the relentless schedule/travel required over a year. But a 2nd League virtually sewn up in less than 3mths is insane Unprecedented run of success in live poker?
He has done it AGAIN!
Congratulations to Calogero Morreale who won his SIXTH trophy of the year, winning the London 25/50 this morning.
Cal beat the monster 996 entry field to win it outright for £41,610 & 47.91 NPL points, which will extend his lead at the top of the NPL!

This is rubbish. The team had lost their way under Vieira and there were plenty of rumblings that the mood at the training ground wasn’t good. Yes there were easier games coming but we needed a lift to win them. Roy gave us that and the players respond to him.

With no player history I guess I fold. He checks back his Ax one pair hands I beat, I don't block flushes, he has A4/A5 in his 3 bet range some of the time. And I don't see him having 30%+ bluffs here at this stage of tournament.

I’d add the point I made on Facebook - that the structure for the Ladies event was pretty awful and not helping attract more women to the game. (Avg 15-20bb still several from the bubble) It’s their championship event at a decent buyin and deserved better I thought
