One of the top defenders and leaders involved in the Meath Ladies set up since 2017 who experienced loads of lows and highs on the journey but was always resilient with everything she did. For the bad days forgive us and for the goods day never forget..Enjoy the break Orlaith

We talk of the importance of managers, coaches, s&c and psychologists but one of the most important cogs in a management team is your FLO and we had one of the greatest. Winning All Ireland's is special but having a friend for life is so much your a 🌟 🀩

Got so many calls and texts about LGFA All Stars Awards last night. Delighted for all the winners from around the country but I'm sure all would give their individual trophy back for that All Ireland medal medal with their team.

Delighted to be at the launch of the Incredible Edibles last week. Healthy fresh fruit and vegetables key in fueling our players and educating them from a early age so important. Great to see the Brendan Martin Cup with something healthy in it as well🀣

One factor that contributes to team success is trust. Every coach should know the roles that trust has within their team and how they can develop it.

@KennedyFintan Fintan for me our values are the things that are most important to the team. They are the standards of our behaviour. Our behaviours are the daily actions of our values

@JonMackey14 For me Jon behaviour determines culture and culture determines behaviour. Behaviour is influenced by both personal and coaching environment but also players through their behaviour influence themselves and their coaching environment

Creating a sense of purpose leads to high levels of internal motivation, you become engaged in your sport because you love to do it,and because you want to get that sense of achievement. Being intrinsically motivated helps with greater persistence and not giving up

Delighted to help a great club and 2 great friends who would do anything for their club. Tradition and what it means to people young and old in the club is a huge thing in Castletown. Hopefully this can inspire the next generation @antomasterson1 @CastletownM
