🚨The Next 3 Seconds
When a player makes a mistakes the next 3 seconds are crucial.
If they look around & see someone express disappointment, it can have a negative impact.
As a coach you can either:
1. Confirm they messed up
2. Build them up

🐾Dogs aren’t just pets, they are best friends & family. Poppy met us at the gate coming home every single day irrespective of the weather excited to see us.
Today we lost our best friend “Poppy” the most gentle & loving dog we ever had.

Coaching the Decision, Not the Outcome
When a players decision is correct, but, the execution goes wrong, it's a good thing!
Execution is the easier part to learn for a player, so therefore compliment/praise the good decision making, the execution with the decision will come
