He was the only judge on an appeal that thought a daycare worker raping a 12 year old wasn't rape since he didn't threaten the child with a gun or knife as he raped her. Luckily the rest of the judges disagreed. It does make you want to review the cases he presided over.

I'm not sure what your point is here, dear. Millions and millions of Americans wear CPAP to sleep. It's pretty normal a thing. My brother wore a CPAP to sleep. We were glad not hear the snoring. He was a healthy, capable man in the prime of his life.
