💯 Tho, we need to keep sight of the fact that our security is in US hands, because we let it be. Nobody forced this upon us.
Whatever happens, the mere fact that - after everything Trump has said and done - half of Americans still support him should be disqualifying as a country for the United States to be in charge of Europe's security.

@MoorcroftRico I remember reading, in either Fisk or Duggan about how LDF lads during the Emergency were rocking blunderbusses from some country house's antique collection because of a lack of arms.

@RoseFle54723126 For sure, I agree that in this sense they made hay whilst the sun shined. But, I'm not convinced that Russia actually set out to cause a migrant crisis to promote eurosceptic parties.

@RoseFle54723126 I'm not sure I'd totally agree. That makes Russia seem more competent than she is. For sure the migrant crisis is something Russia caused, but indirectly more than deliberately. I totally agree w/ you that through useful fuckin idiots, they've exploited the shit out of it.

@Michael83772106 Another meaningless comment. You're consistent, at least you have that going for you.

@JohohNatonny I agree with you. From personal experience I'm not a huge fan of the Navy, but if I was drafting the defence budget tomorrow, I'd be pouring money into Haulbowline. Then the Air Corps. As for neutrality, I'm fine with it in principle, but we have to have a way to ensure it.
