Strikes on Civilian Infrastructure in Ukraine and Russia: Feb. 9-10, CIT Volunteer Summary: Over the past 24 hours, at least 3 civilians were killed and 32 others were injured as a result of strikes. In the Sumy region, two local women were injured by a loitering munition strike on the city of Sumy. In the Kharkiv region, one person sustained injuries in a UAV attack on the village of Liutivka, and one civilian woman was injured in an attack on the town of Kupiansk. In the Donetsk region, five people were injured in airstrikes on the town of Kostiantynivka, while one person was killed and 12 others were injured in airstrikes on the city of Kramatorsk. In the Zaporizhzhia region, one local woman was injured in an attack on the town of Huliaipole, and one person was killed in an airstrike on the village of Tavriiske. In the Kherson region, one person was injured by the detonation of an anti-personnel mine in the village of Veletenske. One civilian was killed in a UAV attack on the town of Beryslav. Three people were injured in combined strikes on the city of Kherson. Another person was injured by the detonation of an anti-personnel mine in the village of Stiike, and one resident sustained injuries in a UAV attack on the village of Antonivka. In the occupied territories of the Donetsk region, one person was injured in a shelling of the city of Horlivka. In the Belgorod region, Russia, one person was wounded in a UAV attack on the village of Oktyabrsky, one civilian was injured in the village of Belyanka, and another person was wounded in the village of Kukuyevka.
