Large retrospec fludara vs benda in CAR LD therapy • almost 450 benda pts • benda: ⬇️ORR, ⬇️CRR, ➡️ PFS, OS • benda had less CRS / ICANs / cytopenia • NB more tisacel with benda Interesting. Safety better with benda but seems to be some reduction in efficacy. #ASH24 #lymsm

Brilliant work by my colleague @lymphomule. Most MYC/BCL6r lymphomas harbour a single-hit, reciprocal translocation t(3;8) between MYC and BCL6 (pseudo double-hit) and have better outcomes than t(3;8) negative double-hit cases.
