The closest Irish team to me is 2hrs away, it takes 55mins to go to Liverpool on a plane so I’d argue Liverpool is more of a local club than any of the league of Ireland clubs

Football is played on grass not spreadsheets. MON's style of play was completely different. A pragmatic style and knew what he was playing with. His game mgmt (from outside looking in) seemed a lot more astute but open to correction. Only IFA I deal with is the farmers usually
