IIRC, I think the reason why the Cinderella & Sleeping Beauty remasters look so terrible is because they wanted the character’s dresses to match the merchandise. It’s a stupid idea and the reason why I avoid buying em.

CNK does not live up to the standards set by CTR but a lot of heart went into making it look good. VV had great respect for the source material, going far as recruiting the original art directors from Crash 1. The environments just ooze with personality and fantastic colors.
