Been on the Carnivore diet almost 6 months, best decision ever!
Sometimes I still struggle to eat enough fat, though not that often anymore.
What is your standard way of adding fat to your plate?
You need to be eating carbohydrates for optimal health.
Your brain alone needs 100+ grams of glucose a day. Your gut, thyroid, adrenals, gonads, muscles and hair all require it too.
You can make glucose for this from protein but it increases stress and slows your metabolism.

Eggs are amazing.
Eggs are one of the few foods that should be classified as superfoods.
They are loaded with nutrients, some of which are rare in the modern diet.

I've noticed I drink less water than I used to. I try to add some minerals, though.

Before that, I could sleep for 12 hours and still feel awful.
This is me now.
To other people, this might not look THAT bad.
But to me, I see
• Missed opportunities.
• Excuses.
• A weak mind.
I wanted to start working out when I was 17.
I am now double that.
Throwing out excuses, one at a time.

Things I did to make my life healthier in 2023:
• Stopped eating crap, and started eating the carnivore diet, eliminating carbohydrates grip over my life.
• Stopped using nicotine pouches/snuff. Oral health is through the roof.
• I don't drink alcohol. Dont need it.

But food should be prioritized over Netflix, Spotify, cinema, and other expenses.

When you are a sugar addict,
as soon as your blood sugar dips, you have next to zero control over what you eat.
If the clock strikes lunch, you get hungry.
When you are on a ketogenic diet, you have total control.
You will get signals from your stomach that you are hungry,
Long story short.

Butter is a dietary fat that is known to be very complex, as it contains over 400 different fatty acids.
Butter is a rich source of several vitamins;

My mind is extremely sharp right now. I have a ton of energy. Ready to grab my spear and hunt some good. Kinda. That's the vibe I'm getting.

Some days everything goes as planned, but sometimes

Today is such a day. But because of this diet, I have the energy and focus to deal with it.

I've always loved fastfood. Mostly, because it's fast.
That got me Ulcerative Colitis. And I had to make a choice!
• Risk serious illness, loosing my colon and perhaps cancer down the line,
OR
• Eat what we as humans are ment to eat, and become healthy. Stronger than
Christmas day!
Today my daughter were supposed to come here and celebrate "second Christmas" as we call it.
But ofc I get sick.
For the first time since I started this diet, by the way. Shame it happened on Christmas... 🤒
