@mdredpillawake @ClausCarlsen1 Someone recently told me carnivore is only carnivore if 100% carnivore, no deviation, as that would mean not disciplined. I respect everyone’s views, but I don’t have to agree.

@tlm056 @tlm056 Just mix: whole eggs, heavy cream, cottage cheese, some beef gelatin powder blown first in little water, salt, grated mozzarella. Pre-fry bacon cubes in a pan. Butter your molds and fill them with the base mix + bacon+more grated cheese. In the oven 190C, approx 20 mins.

@jkwcic @SBakerMD Well, when I order an Uber I receive the name of the driver, the type/colour of the car and the plate number in the app. I just verify the plate number before I get into the car…. it is that easy.

@ClausCarlsen1 @DrSeanOMara I do the same type of eating and I am very happy with my mainly carnivore food with the addition of some acidulé with my home fermented beets and sauerkraut and onions and peppers.

@ClausCarlsen1 I precook a little my whole raw beets and I find the result better for my taste.
