Update: I posted the below at 11:23 yesterday. At 13:00 one of the beneficiaries received a portion of their inheritance and at 19:51, 2 more beneficiaries also received a portion 🤣 After 2 whole years?! You lot @CapitalLegacy are absolute assholes, yoh!
Once you have written your will please don’t make the mistake of appointing @CapitalLegacy as the executors! They are NOT going to make dealing with your loss any easier. My mother passed in Nov 2022 and Capital has brought nothing but frustration to my family

One of the investments my mom had was with Sanlam yet they now seem to be in disagreement with CL about the payment thereof. My question is HOW when you are literally both one &the same thing??? @Nowsey @CapitalLegacy You’re still alive, you can still make changes. Explore the pros and cons of a trust and electing your own trustees. From my experience and many others online (check TikTok), your loved ones will be left with a headache once you’re gone

@MontanaBigi @CapitalLegacy Fix it while you still can! My mother had stipulated a trust be set up for my niece who was a minor back then. She’s now legally an adult & only THIS AFTERNOON AFTER I TWEETED was a portion of the monies due to that trust transferred🤞🏽 Sis, you still have time…fix it!
