@steve_keipert It’s ok we all have opinions. Sponsors name is rarely on the trophy and it’s not the BMW Joe Kirkwood Cup. But hey be hard to run it without them. Enjoy the golf.

@steve_keipert Yes it is all about the sponsor and so it should be. Extra exposure, in broadcast placement and as per the HIO on Thursday commentators to explain the prize and conditions. Hopefully another HIO today and someone gets a car.

@steve_keipert Players all know the t’s&c’s & it’s posted in the tournament office. They are not all covered by insurance sponsors determine the risk of paying the $$ or putting up the vehicle or prize. They are already in for a pound providing the $$ for the event. This prize is a bonus.

@steve_keipert There is an * on most things these days and not uncommon for HIO prize to be on weekend only. Be nice to be over the whole 4 (3) days but at least all the field is eligible now on Saturday 😉
