@GrulkeLamonte The windows are Marvin double pane. The exterior was painstakingly sealed up and then covered in LP. The worst Electrical bill is $165 in the hot summer and the worst gas bill has been $155. I’m ok with these costs considering the second HVAC is an all electric unit.

@MartyChargin I’m not long ALAB but I’m looking forward to see the numbers. It’s been a real hard earnings week for myself. I held PYPL UBER CMG GOOG and sold DOCS FTNT after getting shell shocked. DOCS hurts the most since I believed so strongly for a good surprise.
