To add a fact to this, in 2018, CNOOC initiated a plan to establish "South China Sea Trillion Cubic Meter Gas Zone" by 2025.
This zone & discovery of Lingshui 36-1 are in Vietnamese territory, & Hanoi must stop Beijing from illegally extracting our resources from it! 6/x
