Supporting a student with quota system for fair schooling till 12 th class & further compete is Justified… UG is Tolerable.
Quota in PG courses and Apex studies need to be Stopped.

I think NABH norms are 48hrs a week only. And i am pretty satisfied with it. And definitely i wud advocate to bring non PG JR into scene for night duties help.
And in long term health also stays good with that work life balance

Time spend on filling casesheets, making discharges , printing reports, marking vitals on patients , doing paranurse work like sampling and collecting reports should be discouraged and be limited to staff

And obviously sampling should be limited to staff , doctors for sampling should be banned

Cracked DM Cardio , worked for 8 months, developed severe worsening Cervical pains due to lead aprons, toxic work culture . resigned and paid heavy penalty.
I appeal there shouldn’t be any penalty on resignations of courses. If Qualification was my ability, Resignation my right

I developed slip discs and cervical spondylosis due to lead apron thats wore in Cath Lab and had unbearable pains
I tried a lot , took multiple pain killers and continued to work unless one day i realised no one else wud care about my health ; its one thing i only have to care.
