Pretty much all that defines us is in our head.
Bathrooms are not separated by sex assigned at birth, they are separated by gender. And when they are not, people suffer, people get assaulted and people die. So yes, tampons are needed in boys' bathrooms.

Her T levels could be at 6 which is high for women but not even in the lowest range for men.
