Went to Wal-Mart in Norman today for the first time in two weeks. Everyone I saw was wearing a mask (except for one person with it draped around her chin 🙄). Two weeks ago I’d estimate 30% were wearing masks. Mask mandates work. Thank you @clarkfornorman ! Your turn @GovStitt

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy storm chasing on occasion. But seeing videos of kids in front of catastrophic damage - people who have lost everything, saying “dominating” really puts a bitter taste in my mouth. Do better. Gain some compassion and learn to empathize.

Even in an unfavorable environment, supercells can sustain themselves. Mid-level pressure deficit on the upshear flank of a rotating updraft induces a perturbation pressure gradient force, which results in sustained ascent.
