Right enough, diesel trucks aren't ideal, but thousands of tonnes of organic waste breaking down in landfill to produce a highly potent greenhouse gas, methane, is very not ideal. Brown bins and home composting are an improvement. So let's improve

We get asked about this everyday, no wonder there's so much confusion! These cups will not disappear in nature, they become litter, they need to be placed in a food waste recycle bin or if u home compost they can be placed there also. Cafe's stop misleading people please
Folks, this makes people think a compostable cup disintegrates in their garden which ain't true. Compostable packaging requires specific type of disposal so it can become compost. You should relay to the public it needs a food waste bin or proper home composting at high temps.
