I'm Black man but for me racist while people seem closer to me than these new fellow Africans. I don't understand them. They're not fighting to elevate the community, they're undermining it with these side adventures imposed from the top.

They won't let Haiti catch a break. As an African I feel bad for Haiti more so than for Africans in Africa, the way you feel bad and helpless for your brother suffering far away from home, alone.

What the sheik is saying is that to implement theses things you will need stable Muslim state, a wise just leader and policy of kindness before retribution. The law requires a lawful environment. To impose the law on youth raised in our current environment would not be his way.
