Pakistanis didn’t arrive on ships from Europe in 1947 nor were we a people who held majority in one or two districts but were given vast provinces and lands controlled by others.
We were the majority in our provinces - native to it for thousands of years.
Apparently this is Pakistan; which is ironic, given the state of Pakistan (‘land of the pure’) was created in the same year as the state of Israel, by the traumatic displacement of millions of people (going both ways). There are virtually no Sikhs, Hindus, Buddhists, Christians
