Do check the per capita income, refer to the cost of living in those small towns, then compare it with Goa.

@kunalkamra88 Ola has absolutely useless customer service agents who call - No clue, can't follow up, don't care about customers. Ola really needs a change of guard at multiple levels and a sense of service or ownership of their job roles. Pathetic start to lofty ambitions of Ending ICE age.
