First round of sushi duringg the half time break. Crab and cucumber. Topped with some furikake. Not exactly traditional but delicious. #potsandpans

I reckon the process of making sushi is the epitome of lots of little things done well. From washing the rice properly, through to the amount of sugar in your kurikake, you really have to concentrate. Its one of my favourite things to do. #potsandpans
Lazy weekend. I'm abit bored so I figured why not make sushi / nigiri. Something that takes a while but it worth the payoff. Salmon currently curing in the fridge. Got some crab to make rolls with too. #potsandpans

@andrewhill8 Naked fish. That made me laugh man. I'm just bored so I fancied doing something I wouldn't usually do as it takes time. I think it'll be tomorrows lunch the longer the cure on the salmon the better.
