@Mrferguson420 I actually did some home made chips on the bbq using sagitta potatoes (didn't photograph though). Used a mixture of hot oil and butter in a disposable oven tray in the kettle, fantastic if you get a chance to try them. And then coleslaw, homemade bbq sauce and brioche buns 👌
