@THFCP1980 To Worcester you must mean? If I was in charge the National Counties would be my main priority.

@THFCP1980 I get cross that Worcester spend c£300k a year on kids/Academy and maybe one becomes a pro. So it costs £300k to produce a FC player. Then they go elsewhere and we get £30-40k. 1 in 10 might play for England so it costs Worcester £3m to produce an England player.

@THFCP1980 I’ve done U8-16s but my favourite is the U8s/9s. Their first ever game. Their first catch or wicket. Their first run. It’s such a buzz. Had a few crying with nerves before their first game but come off smiling. Stu Lampitt is doing a fantastic job for the County.
